I am a PGY-1 resident in general surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and the official hospital of the Boston Red Sox.

Hands Help is an annual philanthropic mission to provide free hand surgeries to the underprivileged of Honduras, repairing injuries and deformities of the upper limb from shoulder to fingers. http://www.handhelp.org
